A bandage for the hand. A kind of bandage in which the fingers and hand are enveloped in spiral turns. When the whole hand and fingers are covered, it is called the double or complete Chirotheca, Ch. comple'ta, Vinctu'ra omnibus dig"itis; and when only a finger is covered, the half or incomplete, Ch. Incomple’ta, Vinctu'ra pro uno dig"ito. See Gantelet.
